A$AP Rocky is now being sued over the alleged taking pictures that led to his arrest … and the man who says he is the sufferer is a former member of the rapper’s group.
Rocky is being sued for assault and battery by Terell Ephron, a former A$AP Mob member who used to hold the moniker “A$AP Relli.”
Based on the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Ephron claims the taking pictures went down November 6 in Hollywood, the place he says Rocky arrange a gathering and initiated a verbal altercation resulting in pictures being fired.
Within the docs, Ephron says Rocky pulled out a handgun in the course of the dispute, pointed it at him and pulled the set off … firing a number of pictures, with bullet fragments putting Ephron. Ephron claims he suffered accidents to his hand that required medical consideration.

Keep in mind … A$AP was arrested at LAX again in April, with cops ready for him to get off his personal jet from Barbados and take him away in handcuffs.
Rocky was arrested for assault with a lethal weapon … and police mentioned it stemmed from the Nov. 6 taking pictures, the place the alleged sufferer claimed Rocky shot at him a number of instances, with no less than one bullet grazing his hand.
