Closing suspect in deadly Covina home celebration capturing surrenders


A 3rd suspect wished in reference to a lethal capturing at a Halloween weekend home celebration in Covina turned himself in to authorities on the U.S.-Mexico border Thursday, leaving no different suspects at giant.

Joel Daniel Garcia, 19, surrendered round 11:35 a.m. to U.S. Customs and Border Safety at Otay Mesa in San Diego, in keeping with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division.
