MANILA, Philippines — Daisy Macapanpan, the environmental activist who was arrested in Pakil, Laguna, final June on allegations that she is a communist insurgent, was briefly let out after posting bail, in accordance with teams supporting her trigger.
A video posted on Wednesday, August 10, by the Twitter web page named Free Daisy Macapanpan Now confirmed the activist elevating her arms as she leaves her detention space.
The stated social media account shared that Macapanpan was in a position to publish bail though it was unclear how the activist was in a position to take action since insurrection is mostly a non-bailable crime.
