Two males are seen pulling a sequence tied to a canine’s neck to hold it from a wall, in a stunning video that has been extensively shared on social media. The animal’s proprietor, seen within the video, subjected the pet to the cruelty because it was unwell, police stated.
One other man was seen strolling into the disturbing scene and casually speaking to the opposite two males.
