A federal grand jury indicted David DePape, 42, on Wednesday after he allegedly broke into the Pelosi’s San Francisco residence on Oct. 28 and violently attacked Home Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband.
DePape is accused of attacking Paul Pelosi throughout an alleged break-in on the Home speaker’s residence, stating that he was “sick of the insane f—ing degree of lies popping out of Washington, D.C.,” and meant to take Nancy Pelosi hostage, based on courtroom paperwork.
On account of the assault, which occurred shortly after 2 a.m., Paul Pelosi was taken to a neighborhood hospital to endure surgical procedure to restore a cranium fracture along with different accidents.

When the officers advised the boys to drop the hammer, DePape then bought management of it and used “full pressure” to hit Paul Pelosi, based on the indictment.

The indictment states that DePape advised officers that he had a “goal checklist,” which included Nancy Pelosi.
DePape meant to carry Nancy Pelosi hostage, and if she lied, he would break “her kneecaps,” in accordance to officers.
